  • Director

    Dave is one of Objectiv’s founding directors and has over 30 years experience designing and delivering projects across numerous development sectors.

    During Dave’s career he has supported many market leading clients including Landsec, Great Portland Estates, First Base, CIT and More London; and collaborated with leading global designers including AHMM, Foster+Partners, David Chipperfield and Heatherwick Studio.

    Dave has supported the delivery of high-density mixed-use multi-phase developments, as well as standalone buildings and complex refurbishments in occupied and unoccupied buildings. Dave has a comprehensive understanding and experience of every stage of the development process; from briefing and feasibility through all design stages to procurement, construction and handover.

    As a chartered structural engineer, Dave adds technical awareness and a thorough understanding of effective project delivery to Objectiv’s core skills.

  • Director

    David has nearly 30 years of experience in the development and construction sector. His career to date, has seen him deliver several award winning and high-profile projects, in senior roles as a Consultant, Developer and Investor.  In doing so, he has developed a wide spectrum of specialist knowledge and contacts in the construction and property sectors. A highly motivated individual, who relishes working in a team environment, delivering complex and challenging schemes.

    His career has seen him work on numerous large mixed-use projects, the highest profile being, his involvement in ‘The Shard of Glass’ scheme from inception to completion.  More recently at Apache Capital, he oversaw the delivery of a nationwide portfolio of landmark city centre schemes.   During his time at Apache, he was a member of the Executive Committee where he was accountable for development delivery, representing the interests of and reporting to a number of significant global property investors and lenders.

    Prior to Apache, David spent over six years at Muse Developments where he was responsible for overseeing the planning, construction and management of three large mixed-use schemes in London and the South of the UK.  David’s wider responsibilities at Muse included a role on the New Business Team and he was also responsible for delivering several Company Wide initiatives.

    Before working ‘client side’ at Muse, David was a Director at Davis Langdon (AECOM), where he spent eight years overseeing the team which delivered commercial and project management duties for the Shard / London Bridge Quarter development. David has also had spells at EC Harris and Currie and Brown, where he gained his RICS accreditation and worked on a number of high-profile projects including the Old Bailey Courts and the More London 8.

    Russell is a highly experienced Project and Development Manager, knowledgable in all stages of the development cycle .

    After starting his career in engineering he quickly moved into project management, spending nearly 20 years with Buro Four, finally as Director. He started his own practice 7 years ago to offer a greater breadth of services covering all aspects of Project and Development Management, which he still practises alongside being a founding Director of Objectiv.

    Sector experience includes single family housing and build to rent, retail and mixed use , luxury and lifestyle hotels, office, aviation and industrial with projects up to 800,000 sq ft and £450 million construction value.

    Sunil brings over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

    Being a qualified Quantity Surveyor he has specialised in commercial and contractual aspects and has worked for a number of blue chip fit out companies. His project experience covers various sectors ranging from commercial offices, legal, data centres, sports and recreation on high profile projects throughout his career.

    Sunil has a thorough understanding of the commercial process from projection inception to close out and has long since realised that there is no one size fits all approach. With all of the different parties in a construction scheme pushing and pulling in various directions, a delicate balance is required to ensure the best outcome for all.
